About the actors of the 60s

Like many of my peers, I came to VGIK from amateur activities. While still a student at the Institute, I played Masha in the movie "In a good hour!". In the film directed by I. Pyriev "Idiot" I played the role of Alexandra's older sister. Then she starred in the film of the Alma-Ata film studio "Squall" in the role of Tony. As you can see, my "creative biography" is small.
Now I am shooting with the director of the Gorky Studio V. Eismont in the movie "The End of the Old Birch Tree" based on the script of G. Mdivani. The film will tell about the affairs and life of housebuilders. I have been assigned the role of a young builder — Vali.
The work is going to be interesting (which of the young actresses would not like to show their peers?) — I have to play Denu us ku with a strong and principled character. Valya loves a bad guy, but after learning that he is a scoundrel and abandoned a pregnant woman, he breaks up with him forever without quarreling and tears. Only she still has a big grudge for the offended feelings.
My heroine, despite her youth, is a person of formed character, of great spiritual purity.
I want to show a simple, good girl from the screen both in work and in my personal life, which has not developed quite successfully yet, But I believe in the happiness of a hardworking and honest Valya.

When the Great Patriotic War began, I went to the front. He was an artilleryman, commanded a platoon. After the war, he studied at the acting faculty of the VGIK.
My first role was police captain Sobolev in the movie "Night Patrol". The next role is again "militia" — sergeant Safronov (the film "Case No. 306"). Among the roles I have played: crane operator Ermakov ("Ekaterina Voronina"), front-line cameraman Krylenko ("On the roads of war"), Dima ("I'm writing to you"), brigadier Tarelkin ("A man changes his skin"). Recently I finished acting in the film "Mosfilm" "Trial period". The film will tell about the work of the criminal investigation department in the twenties in Siberia. I had to play the role of the bandit Pashka Kolerev. The role is written by the author vividly, my "hero" is a collective image depicting the internal enemies of the young Soviet government.
I have a new big job ahead of me — the role of Lieutenant Ovchinnikov in the film "The Last Volleys". As the title of the movie says. it is dedicated to the last days of the last war. The film is directed by L. Saakov. As in the days of the war, I will become an artilleryman.
My future hero is also a platoon commander. My frontline experience will be of great help to me in this work. I want to show our glorious artillery officers in the image of a lieutenant.

I've been acting in movies for a long time — I participated in more than forty film shows. Many, obviously, have seen me in the films "The Death of the Eagle" (boatswain Yakovenko). "In peaceful days" (midshipman), "Over the Tissa" (raivoenkom Ggirozhnichei ko), "In the steppe silence" (Ignat Ignatovich), "Gloomy Vangur" (hunter Stepan Krutoyarov). Now at the Mosnauchfilm film studio, director D. Varlamov is shooting a new feature film "The Great Gift of Nature" based on the script by V. Kreps. It is dedicated to the discovery of the Kursk magnetic anomaly. Here I am acting in the role of a revolutionary sailor Volostny.
The volleys of the civil War had not yet died down, and V. I. Lenin was already looking far ahead, thinking about ways to develop the country's natural resources, which the young Soviet Republic needed. And my hero, like hundreds of other former sailors and soldiers who held weapons in their hands yesterday, was sent by the party as a representative of the Soviet government near Kursk to restore the national economy destroyed by the war, to help scientists carry out the first survey work on a magnetic anomaly.
